All purchases made with Silvergiftstore.com will be shipped by UPS carrier or USPS. 
Shipping and handling fees are calculated on the weight of the item's) purchased to the zip code specified at the time of your order. 

Shipping Information
Every purchase is inspected to be free of defects before being shipped to you. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number of your shipment.

International Shipments
Items shipped internationally may be subject to duties or customs fees. These fees are the customers responsibility to pay at the time when items are received.  Purchaser agrees to pay all duties and customs fees on any damaged goods, whether in transit to or in return from purchaser. These charges are not refundable under any circumstance whatsoever.

Silvergiftstore.com and Zapffe Silversmiths' Inc. warranty the items to be of new condition as represented online at the time of purchase and shipment

You may return your purchase for any reason if not completely satisfied within 10 days of receipt.
Please email all return requests and include your order number to: sales@silvergiftstore.com

Shipping fees are non refundable. 
Engraving Charges are non refundable. 
Return shipping to be paid by purchaser. 
Returns will not be accepted unless in original carton. 
Restocking fee of 10% of purchase price on returns.
